The smart-pathing system of the app allows for greater maneuverability and the high-pile mode of its carpet cleaning mode is very effective however it can be caught in rug tassels.
During our tests, we observed that the IQ was able to handle pet hair effectively. It was able to remove lots of debris on floors that were not bare and a good amount of medium-pile rug. It was a little less effective on shag carpets where it struggled to reach dirt and dust buried in the fibers. It was able to maneuver the legs of a chair, tiny spaces as well as the base of an IKEA wooden step stool. It was slower on bare flooring, but it recovered speed and did better than other robots we tested.

The eufy11S performed well in our tests at removing larger particles and fine dust from flooring. However, it was unable to give medium and high pile carpets an effective deep clean. The device has a tendency to bump into furniture and people in its route. However, it can detect obstacles using sensors. It stops and emits a loud sound when it encounters an obstacle. Then, you can manually guide the device around it and get it to work again.
